the hotel had a beautiful beach easily accessible. i liked the secure parking a lot it gave me peace of mind. the staff was helpful i felt very welcome .

The gym had limited hours. It closed early for the day, slightly inconvenient.

the location was excellent. i enjoyed the suite we stayed in! it had amazing views of the garden, outside pools, and the ocean. private access to the beach is a great added bonus.

none of the indoor bikes in the gym were working . the gym also lacked air conditioning. It was uncomfortably warm to exercise.

The hotel workers were helpful. i noticed the kids club had numerous activities available. The children seemed to enjoy it . i liked that the hotel is near the beach. This offered easy access for beach outings.

Our room did not have bathrobes. the air conditioning system seemed like it wasn't cleaned regularly. the bathroom seemed somewhat outdated. It was not cleaned as thoroughly as i expected.
